Pretty cool

pretty good at that, the graphics weren't amazing, same with the animation, but they both make great for a movie.

For such a short movie it's not got a bad score, i hope you'll think of making a longer movie using the graphics and animation style from this, i love this kinda stuff, u get bored with all the people trying to be too flashy :D

And am i right in thinking most of those images weren't drew in flash?

The filesize is reeeeeaaaaaaaaally big for such a short animation, only reason i picked that out is cos i'm on 56k. Try using symbols, i'm guessing this is all frame by frame but the backgrounds a detailed pretty well, you should learn about symbols. It's all in the tutorials with flash, go through them and you'll be producing animations of more quality.

The art, animation and sound was all good though, do continue

and ya i designed my characters in paint and they will eventually all be in flash once i get better in it

Really like it, graphics were spot on and the sound to match. Havent seen the first one yet so i'll pop there now, shame to see a quality animation like this not have a higher score, alll probably because its sticks.

Oh yeh and whats with the first reviewer?

"The punch/hitting sound would get a bit annoying and it is too unsmooth. What I mean is in one frame he is on the ground and the next hes up on his feet without any movement animation or such. Your getting better. Keep trying."

Keep trying?? ahaha, after i watched the first stick quickie, im goin to see some of his work, doesnt run smooth?? its runs at 25 fps for christ sake

It's ok, but....

one of the main problems I had when watching this was that I had to keep pressing play, it stopped after each little scene. Secondly the sounds need some help I think, you can find some sounds that would have suited that better in the sound library, also some background music would go great.

I think really that your graphics aren't too bad, the way the bodies are formed, i havent seen that on here so i say thats a good style to keep.

One thing i would advise though is that you dont submit it each time you've added more to it, people won't like this and so will blam your movies which would be a shame cos they are really great movies for a beginnes (which i assume you are as you have no other animations on here, if not then please don't be offended by that :) ).

I can see that you've put a fair bit of effort into this, frame by frame can be an ass when you first start using flash. Keep playing at it and i'm sure you'll be making real top quality stuff evolving around this.

The effects you've created are pretty impressive to be honest at this level, i though the explosions were pretty bang on :)

But extend your resources a little and collect some sounds across the net, then just look through the tutorial and find out about symbols and you'll be well away.

Except make it longer and into a proper movie. The graphics were pretty good, and the majority of clocks think they're the best thing happeneing, so make a longer full feature and i think this should be quite popular.
